Today I attended the Lancome Alber Elbaz Makeup Collection Summer 2013 (read more). During this event not only were we able to see the new products but we also were able to see other upcoming new products from Lancome. We were also introduced to the New Lancome Advanced Génifique serum and the La vie est belle perfume. I have already reviewed the pervious version of the “la vie est belle” perfume that I love and which is my personal favorite perfume. This one however has a different type of glass and ribbon on top and is a bit more muskier than the pervious version.

Lancome Alber Elbaz Makeup Collection 2013 Makeup Event

During the Lancome Alber Elbaz Makeup Collection Summer 2013, I was also able to take pictures of the specially made Lancome Alber Elbaz makeup book with pop-up pictures from this makeup collection. That was the most beautiful makeup book ever! Totally brought out the girly girl in me. During this makeup event we saw a few trailers and listened to what new products Lancome launched and why they are special. At the end of the event were did a mini makeup workshop where we got a Lancome Hypnose mascara and we had to “dress it up” for a runway show! I of course was very pleased with my super high-fashion dress thingy I made for my mascara! I was so proud of my very creative work! You can check out the pictures below!

During the event Lancome’s official makeup artist demonstrated how you can apply the makeup in a very simple and fast way. Why did I mention this? Alber Elbaz’s inspiration for the Hypnose palette’s were French women. Why? French women do their makeup on the go or better said in their car. They need everything in one palette and in this way they have all that they need in on palette

After the event we got a beautiful white rose (which you can see in some of the pictures) and a nice goodie bag.
