Sexy Modern Pin-up Halloween Makeup Tutorial

My rockstar friend L inspired the Sexy Modern pin-up makeup version that I did. She is an amazing woman who I see as a rockstar. I made this look original for a contest but I wanted to pimp the (Halloween makeup) pin-up makeup and do a more modern version, which can be also worn for Halloween makeup. I think that when doing makeup it’s important to add your own personal touch to it. Recreating looks is fun but I always see someone else’s work as a blue print my own Halloween makeup or makeup.

Halloween makeup or not?!

This might be more of a sexy modern pin-up Halloween makeup only if you add the tattoos, but if you already have tattoos on your body then well, it’s not a Halloween look. It would just be a modern retro pin-up look. It basically falls down to you. Pin-up makeup came to existence in the 1950s when it was all about clean makeup and red lips and as much as I can remember pink blush. I am not a fan of red lips or the 1950s makeup at all to be fully honest. I love color and smokey eye makeup and all that glitter that came later on in the makeup industry. The best red lip shade I have ever used is from the Graftobian lip palette I also love my makeup brushes, especially the angled eyeshadow makeup brush.
