The problem is that it doesn’t remover cream foundation or waterproof foundation all that  well. When it comes to eye makeup, I think it’s a total flop, as most face makeup removers they do not remover eye makeup all that well. The pros of beauty product review of Neutrogena oil free makeup remover would be that it does remove light makeup and it does give a moisturizing feeling to the skin and it really isn’t greasy and it doesn’t have a greasy residue so you could officially take of makeup without washing your face. I do not recommend this to anyone that is not this skin type since It might be to drying on the skin after you take off the makeup. Overall this product is OK but nothing that I would repurchase to be honest. I am still on the hunt for a makeup remover that removes all types of foundations. This beauty product review, Neutrogena oil free makeup remover is not for people that wear cream or waterproof foundation since it removes creams foundations poorly and I am one of the people that loves my creams. Also one really big con is that it does a horrible job in removing eye makeup. I will not be repurchasing this beauty product review Neutrogena oil free makeup remover
