I have to lose weight due to health reasons… My doctor told me even thought I’m not over weight I have to much body fat:

Abdominal fat – obese

Goal : 62 kg

WEIGHT: 69
Workout – 10min (completed)
Program: Only fresh vegetables + fresh meat (chicken or turkey) + fresh fruit (as liquid or snack)

Workout program:
Mon/Wed/Fri – 60mins intense
Tues/Thur/Sat/Sun – 10min intense

Weigh in today 20.02.2011: 69 kg
