When it comes to budge-proof lipsticks, they tend to be on the very dry side and it’s very important that your lips are very well hydrated. Make sure to exfoliate before applying any of these lipsticks and use a lip balm, such as Burt’s Bees lip. Wait for about 5 minutes and then blot your lips to remove any additional oils from the lip balm then apply the lipsticks.
