Just like their previous looks, Rouge Bunny Rouge Khazaria Look Spring 2013 is amazing. Rouge Bunny Rouge released the new update on their facebook page. I personally am not a fan of eyeliners but this flicked eyeliner is truly a show stopper. The look here is called Khazaria and it represents “the decadence of an eastern European empires. refined splendour of royals at court in a bygone middle-age era.” This is just the first out of four looks which Rouge Bunny Rouge is planning.
