Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF sunscreen makeup review
Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF sunscreen makeup review is the first summer products, which I mentioned in my summer makeup and beauty favorites video. I wanted to write the review about the product that I had problems with first and after that I would write a review about my Sundance sun milk and Sundance after sun lotion. I was on my way to my summer vacation and I didn’t find the product from sundance for sensitive skin a face cream so I opted for this. Alverde is a natural cosmetics brand so this sunscreen is based on pure mineral filters protection with balanced UV protection and with shisandra to soothe irritated skin. The sunscreen has been dermatologically tested what I prefer since I have extremely sensitive skin.
Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF makeup review
For this makeup review I will mention what the Alverde face sunscreen (sonnen-crème) SPF 20 claims. The cream is for sensitive skin and It claims that the cream has no synthetic scent, no added dyes or preservatives. The majority of ingredients are from a certified organic agriculture (natural essential oils. The cream does not contain any mineral oil, silicone or parabens. The instructions recommend that you apply a generous amount of products since applying less they do not guarantee full UV protection. It also recommends that after swimming you reapply the sunscreen for full UV protection and that you avoid sun tanning during the highest UV rays. So now it’s time to see if what Alverde sonnen crème SPF 20 claims is true.
Makeup review details: Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF
You get 75 ml of products for a very affordable price. The packaging comes in a hygienic squeeze tube. The cream has a very subtle scent that reminds me of Nivea cream with a bit of a floral scent. The scent fades really fast. The consistency of the products is a very thick white cream something like a toothpaste texture. The product is so thick that it actually leaves a very noticeable white film on the skin. Applying the Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF sunscreen I tested it for the makeup review to see how long it tool the white film to vanish, around 10 – 15 minutes. The sunscreen is not oily so all skin types (even dry skin) can use it, it took up to 30 minutes for greasy residue to be lifted. The product is very waterproof but I did reapply it after swimming just in case. Thanks to the schisandra my skin never got irritated nor did I have any breakouts. I found that this cream gave me excellent sun protection even when I was at the beach around 3:30 pm when the UV rays are very strong.
Makeup review conclusion of Alverde sun cream SPF 20
To conclude this makeup review of Alverde sonnen crème 20 SPF sunscreen, I can say that I loved the product and hated it. I loved because it is very affordable and it works and it does it’s job but I hated it because it’s a very thick cream that is very hard to rub in, it leaves a slight greasy residue for up to 40 minutes and a very noticeable white cast even on the lightest of skins. Overall if you are very much into natural ingredients then you already know that sun creams that use natural mineral filters tend to leave white casts. This is a product that I only recommend to people that like and only want to use a much natural ingredients, that have sensitive skin or that need some ingredients like shisandra to keep their skin calm. Make sure to wash off the sun cream at the end of the day. I avoid mineral oils and parabens like the plague if possible so I will use this product next year since it really does contains ingredients from a certified organic agriculture (natural essential oils).

it is grease but it doesn’t affect the skin at all. It kinda of just sits on the skin and after about 30 minutes it’s fine.
