So, I have decided to change my diet and lifestyle. I am now focusing on Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 workout program, after which I will continue to her other workout videos. I have already written a post reviewing week 1. When working out you will also have to make sure that you eat right. I have always been a fan of Bodyrock.tv. The workouts are amazing but I haven’t done any since I prefer Jillian’s workouts more, at least for now. I love the recipes that Zuzana made for bodyrocker. I found her latest receipe for Kaja’s signature Oatmeal which I fell in love with as soon as I saw how simple it was, that reminds me I Should add cinnamon!
