Recipe -Breakfast for a Queen
If I could…. I would….eat this for breakfast everyday π
Eat this with a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice + coffee (if you drink coffee)
For one person
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1 salad leaf
- 1/3 tsp of butter
- 1 tomato – cut into tiny -> small squares
- 1/2 -> 1 tsp black caviar
- 1-> 3 tsp of cocktail sauce (the light orange one not the red sauce) http://www.herbandspicemill.co.nz/images/goldyna_seafood.jpg
- 1 can of tiny salted shrimps http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/seatreats/item-cold-water-shrimp.jpg
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
PREPERATION
On a slice of bread spread the butter. Over the butter place a nice big leaf of salad.
Over the salad leaf take 1/2 tsp of cocktail sauce and spread it over the leaf.
Take the caviar and gently spread it over the sauce OR place it on one side of the bread.
Take the tiny salted shrimps and place them evenly all over the bread (on top of everything)
cut the tomato into tiny square pieces and place the pieces on top (of everything)
take 1/2 – 1 spoon of cocktail sauce and sprinkle it over everything.
sprinkle it all with salt and pepper.

A freshly squeezed glass of orange juice is recommended.
