Kim Kardashian has psoriasis / ima psorijazu
Living with a skin condition is always hard. I struggle with hormonal acne on a daily base and have a regime which I must follow or my skin condition gets worse. I also have to eat a healthy diet, not eat certain food and stay fit.
This week Kim Kardashian, from reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, revealed that she suffers from psoriasis and she stated, on twitter, she fears that her career is over. After seeing her dermatologist, Kim panicked after researching online and realizing her entire body could end up being covered in the painful patches.
Kim’s psoriasis is in her gene pool, not always the case. Her mother, Kris got it at the same age. Psoriasis is usually aggravated by stress, hormones , certain food and/or drinks and perfumes. Once you got it, you got it, it’s not curable! I know a few people that have psoriasis and I know what they go through from time to time.
My heart goes out not only to Kim but everyone that is fighting any skin related conditions. All skin related condition can cause insecurities, but we have to remember not to live our life around them, but to go over out conditions and live our life to the fullest.
I feel sorry for the woman, she lives off her looks.

First, eat right: a diet that excludes sugar, yeast, wheat, gluten, fruit, refined food, anything fermented (alcohol, vinegar) or containing mould (cheese), smoked fish and meat and caffeine (tea, coffee, canned drinks) gives results, but it’s tough to keep up. So nutritionist Annie Boak suggests doing it as an intensive six week diet, then relaxing things, but still resisting sugar and wine, which tend to be the worst aggravators.

Jedi ispravno, prehrana Vam nesmije sadržavati šečer, kvasac, brašno, gluten, voće rafinirana hrana, alkohol, ocat, išta što ima pljesan (npr. sir) dimljena riba ili meso, bilo što što sadrži kafein (kava, coca cola, čaj…). Nutricionistica Annie Boak je savjetovala da se ova dieta radi ko intenzivana 6 tjedna dieta i onda nakon toga se malo odmoriti, no i dalje nesmijete jesti šečer i vino, jer oni samo pogoršavaju psorijazu.
