Kim Kardashian has psoriasis / ima psorijazu

This week Kim Kardashian, from reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, revealed that she suffers from psoriasis and she stated, on twitter, she fears…..

Living with a skin condition is always hard. I struggle with hormonal acne on a daily base and have a regime which I must follow or my skin condition gets worse.  I also have to eat a healthy diet, not eat certain food and stay fit. 


This week Kim Kardashian, from reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, revealed that she suffers from psoriasis and she stated, on twitter, she fears that her career is over.  After seeing her dermatologist, Kim panicked after researching online and realizing her entire body could end up being covered in the painful patches. 


Kim’s psoriasis is in her gene pool, not always the case. Her mother, Kris got it at the same age. Psoriasis is usually aggravated by stress, hormones , certain food and/or drinks and perfumes. Once you got it, you got it, it’s not curable! I know a few people that have psoriasis and I know what they go through from time to time.


My heart goes out not only to Kim but everyone that is fighting any skin related conditions. All skin related condition can cause insecurities, but we have to remember not to live our life around them, but to go over out conditions and live our life to the fullest. 


I feel sorry for the woman, she lives off her looks. 


Here is some advice to Kim from Kate Shapland 

First, eat right: a diet that excludes sugar, yeast, wheat, gluten, fruit, refined food, anything fermented (alcohol, vinegar) or containing mould (cheese), smoked fish and meat and caffeine (tea, coffee, canned drinks) gives results, but it’s tough to keep up. So nutritionist Annie Boak suggests doing it as an intensive six week diet, then relaxing things, but still resisting sugar and wine, which tend to be the worst aggravators.

Živjeti sa bilo kojom “kožnom bolesti” zna biti teško. Ja se svakodnevno borim sa hormonalnim aknama i svaki dan imam rutinu koju moram pratiti da mi se stanje lica ne pogorša. Također moram vrlo zdravo jesti i moram redovito vježbati, i određene hrane ne smijem jesti. 
 
Ovog tjedna Kim Kardashian, zvijezda reality showa Keeping Up with the Kardashians, je izjavila da pati od psorijaze. Također je na svom twitteru izjavila da se boji da joj je karijera gotova. Nakon što je posjetila dermatologa i istraživala po internetu, došla je do zaključka da joj psorijaza može i na lice prijeći. 
 
Njena sporijaza je nasljednja. Njena mama, Kris je također u istoj godini života dobila psorijazu. Psorijazu pogoršava stres, hormoni, određena hrana i piće, parfemi. No jedno je sigurno, kada ga jednom dobijete onda ga imate zauvijek. Poznajem par osoba koji pate od psorijaze i znam kroz što prolaze. 
 
Iskreno mi je ne samo žao Kim već svake osobe koja se pati i dnevno bore sa bilo kojom “kožnom bolesti” (ili kožnim problemima). Najčešće bilo koje “bolesti” koji su vezani za vanjski dio kože, čini ljude ne sigurnim i tužnim. No trebamo zapamtiti da moram naučiti živjeti sa tim i da život jednostavno ide dalje. Moramo duhom prijeći preko toga i živjeti život punim plučima. 
 
Iskreno mi je žao Kim jer ona ipak zarađuje novce na svom tijelu. 
Evo par savjeta od Kate Shaplan koja se godinama bori sa psorijazom. 

Jedi ispravno, prehrana Vam nesmije sadržavati šečer, kvasac, brašno, gluten, voće rafinirana hrana, alkohol, ocat, išta što ima pljesan (npr. sir) dimljena riba ili meso, bilo što što sadrži kafein (kava, coca cola, čaj…). Nutricionistica Annie Boak je savjetovala da se ova dieta radi ko intenzivana 6 tjedna dieta i onda nakon toga se malo odmoriti, no i dalje nesmijete  jesti šečer i vino, jer oni samo pogoršavaju psorijazu. 

Sljedeće, lječenje puno proizvoda tvrde da mogu lječiti ili umanjiti psorijazu. Neke uistinu pomognu dok druge samo pogoršaju stanje kože. Ako patite od psorijaze onda biste trebali imati sljedeće stvari u svom ormariću….. nastavi čitati
