I just wanted to write an update on my Jillina Michaels ripped in 30 workout. Due to the cold weather I don’t feel like working out but I have to. Today is day two of my workout. Some advice that I would give would be based on my first day experience with the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. As I wrote above, I strongly advise you stretch and warm up your muscles at least 10 minutes. If you have a indoors home bike you can warm-up for 10 minutes. After that I would then start with video 5 minute warm-up. During the exercise I advise you first learn each move in the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. Make sure you are doing all the moves in the correct way to avoid spraining a muscle or worse. Day 1 will be longer but at least you will learn how to do each move correctly. After you have completed your workout, you will be grasping for air, trust me, I advise you turn down your lights and stretch your muscles for an additional 10 minutes. If you feel that it’s to much, slow down. If you think that you want to do week 1 for the next 2 weeks then do it. I also advise you do not eat food 2 hours before you work out.
