I wanted to restart my more Halloween oriented makeup tutorial or in this case a face paint tutorial, since Halloween is getting closer and I have a list of tutorials that I would like to release before Halloween comes around. So this is one of my first Halloween makeup tutorials for 2014 and expects more tutorials coming up in the future weeks.
