Rihanna teams up with MAC and provides us with a new MAC Makeup Collection RiRi Hearts Mac 2013. Even thought the press has been only posting update on whether Rihanna is back with Chris Brown, let’s ignore that part of her life (which I do no approve of to be honest if the rumours are true). Grammy-winning singer RiRi not only launched her own fashion collection but now does a groundbreaking collaboration with MAC Cosmetics. How good is it to be Rihanna now?!  This May, MAC will be launching RiRi Woo, a lipstick inspired by her favorite MAC red lipstick Ruby Woo! This is just one of the four color collections that Rihanna, aka RiRi, will be collaborating with MAC Cosmetics. The best thing about her makeup collection is that you will be able to buy it not online online but at Rihanna’s concerts!

When asked why she chose to collaborate with MAC, Rihanna said: “When you think of makeup, the brand that pops into your mind — for something legit — is MAC!” She was also asked if it’s hard to create a makeup collection on which she said: “Being creative is something that I love, so I can put that into different outlets. Music happens to be the first thing that I gravitated to, and now music opens doors to just so many different opportunities, and they all tie in. My makeup looks, my fashion looks…they help me to express myself as an artist. I think it helps people to understand me or my mood, my story.”

Rihanna four MAC Collection RiRi Hearts Mac, will be released throughout 2013. Just like when Lady Gaga collaborated with MAC, Rihanna’s name will appear on the packaging with her signature that will be embossed on the RiRi Woo lipstick case. WWD reports that Rihanna’s summer makeup collection will include two lipsticks, lustre drops and a powder blush duo. Her fall collection will include four lipsticks, Lipglass RiRi Woo, two eye shadow palette, and false lashes. For Rihanna’s holiday collection expect 10 more items which will include nail polishes, a makeup bag and more lipsticks. Seems like our RiRi has a liking for lipsticks!
