The makeup review of Essence Colour Arts, Makeup collection will only focus on one item the pigment 11 cotton candy. Cotton Candy is a very baby pink glittery contained pigment. This looks amazing on the eyes, it gives a glamorous touch. This makeup review of Essence Colour Arts in pigment 11 cotton candy, will not feature how the pigment looks on the lips, eyes or nails but I have tried it and I will add the updates pictures a bit later if you guys want them. If you use pigment 11 cotton candy on the lips with the lip base over a pink lipstick it brings a luscious lip effect. Using it on the nails give glitter to the over all look. They work just fine with my pigment. I am not sure what the Essence Colour Arts Collection bases are like since I honestly found them to be a waste of money since I have similar products, well I was right.
