It allows you to mis and match various pigments which come in matt, glittery and metallic texture, mix them with the eye shadow base, lip base or nail base and create your own unique colors and textures. This looks amazing on the eyes, it gives a glamorous touch. This makeup review of Essence Colour Arts in pigment 11 cotton candy, will not feature how the pigment looks on the lips, eyes or nails but I have tried it and I will add the updates pictures a bit later if you guys want them. If you use pigment 11 cotton candy on the lips with the lip base over a pink lipstick it brings a luscious lip effect. Using it on the nails give glitter to the over all look. To complete this makeup review of Essence Colour Arts pigment 11 cotton candy, I wanted to add that I have used this product with my normal lipgloss, clear nail polish and my pigment primer. They work just fine with my pigment. I am not sure what the Essence Colour Arts Collection bases are like since I honestly found them to be a waste of money since I have similar products, well I was right. There isn’t really much to add there but it’s a really nice shade of pink that is very subtle and looks good when missed with one of the bases or a similar base you have already.
