There are a lot of different skin care products which you have tried out and none of them seem to work to your advantage. Even if they seem to help at first, after a while, your skin just goes back to its usual condition,  blemishes, pimples and just not looking its best at all. Your friends tell you about a new amazing skin care product that did wonders for their skin, and you decide to try it out – the results are the same. Your skin just doesn’t want to look better. If that’s the case, maybe you should try a different approach to your skin care.

Detox Diet? But I Have skin problems!

And this is exactly why you could try a different approach to your skin care. Your skin is very sensitive, and it will respond to everything you eat. This is why you get those pimples if you eat too much chocolate or cheese. A detox diet gets all of the toxins out. First you free your body from the toxins, followed by an intake of healthy nutrients. This helps your immune system, you are more resistant to diseases and your skin care problems are eliminated. After you complete your detox regime, your skin care will be easier, faster and stress free.

So How Does This Skin Care Work?

Your body has a very sophisticated system to remove impurities, and the organs included in this system are the liver, intestines, lungs, lymph, kidneys and your skin. If the impurities can’t be processed normally a part of them stays behind. This is where your skin care turned to a nightmare. No matter what lotion you tried, nothing worked. After you eliminate the toxins from your body, your skin care problems will cease to exist. Remember, skin care isn’t the only reason for a detox; it helps your overall physical and mental state. After a detox diet, or even a full detox program, you will be relaxed and stress free.

Detox Diet Only or the Whole Thing

This is your personal choice. You decided if you need a detox because no skin care products help. First ease up and get used to limiting, and then completely eliminating certain products like alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, sugars, and saturated fats. It never occurred to you before that your skin care is a nightmare because of a bad diet, but now it’s crystal clear. You can also try the whole program – your stress level will drop after a hot bath with Epsom salts and essential oils or a sauna to sweat out the toxins.  Don’t forget to exercise as it improves your circulation and helps in eliminating the toxins quicker. You will notice your skin getting better, and any blemishes, acne or pimples that were bothering you will disappear. Your skin care will be easier to handle, and all you need to do from time to time is have a good detox program. It would be best to switch to a healthier diet, permanently and regularly exercise because that way your body will be healthier and you’ll be happier.
