Makeup Review Essence Colour Arts pigment 11 Cotton Candy
To complete this makeup review of Essence Colour Arts pigment 11 cotton candy, I wanted to add that I have used this product with my normal lipgloss, clear nail polish and my pigment primer. They work just fine with my pigment. I am not sure what the Essence Colour Arts Collection bases are like since I honestly found them to be a waste of money since I have similar products, well I was right.
