Jillian Michaels with her ripped in 30 to my rescue!

Jillian Michaels and Cesar Milan (a.k.a the dog whisperer) might be my two most favorite people on TV ever. I love how cesar absolutely understands dog psychology (with an ease) and how Jillian’s workout programs really work. The first time I found out about Jillian was from the TV show Biggest Loser. When I first heard the name of the show, I was like, hello? What a horrible name for a show! But, after I saw what it was about, I fell in love with the show. I personally love Jillian Michaels workout videos, she has a wonderful personality and is extremely good at what she does, just like Cesar. I decided to start up on Jillian’s latest DVD program called Jillian Micheal’s 30 Day Shred. Before I buy any DVD, I usually look for ratings and reviews, preferably picture reviews. I even said, hey what about youtube? I looked online and found many blog and forum reviews but I also found youtube video reviews with pictures, it showed that Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 WORKS!

Get Fit with Jillian Michaels 

So, this is my intro as to how I plan to get fit with Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 workout DVD program. I will keep a weekly updated as to how hard each workout was, or better said as to how hard each week was and if I was able to stick to the diet plan that she planned for us while we are on the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 . She did mention that if you stick to the program you will see results. The number 1 reason I love this video was because it was a 20 min workout video. Of course, it’s understood that you should stretch 10 minutes before and after each workout. I know that some of you are like, 20 minutes.. come on, seriously?! Well we share the same thoughts! I am going to test the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and tell you how it went.

I hate the gym, maybe

I have a love – hate relationship with my local gym, so that is why I took this Jillian Michaels ripped in 30  DVD. I personally love going to the gym, it’s just that in times of recession and being over worked, I am forced to find another way to workout on a daily based but that it doesn’t take up to much of my working hours. Jillian Michaels ripped in 30  DVD I see as a way to help me cope with my lack of time and money but still be able to work out. So, to stop delaying in this post. I would like to know a few things from you! Have you ever tried any of Jillian’s workout DVD’s? Has it worked for you? Which are your favorite ones and why? What do you recommend, based on your experience? Have you and will you try Jillian Michaels ripped in 30? 

Current weight: Honestly! I don’t weight my self, it’ just to stressful! I figure out my weight based on my jeans, which are a bit snug at the moment, a bit more than when I first bought them.
