Jigsaw Billy The Puppet Makeup Tutorial 2019. This is a remake of my original Halloween makeup tutorial which I did a few years back. Billy is a puppet appeared in all the Saw franchise. It was used by John Kramer to communicate with his test subjects by delivering recorded messages.
